Proof of income or benefits required

After submitting this form, please email a screenshot of your most recent Universal Credit statement or benefit award letter to contact@tutoriumeducation.co.uk with the subject line “Access Fund — Proof of Income”. Your application cannot be fully assessed without this evidence.

How we decide: All applications are reviewed by a Tutorium committee panel. Final decisions on whether support will be fully free or subsidised are made based on your income evidence and individual circumstances. We will always contact you to explain our decision before any tutoring begins.
